313 Equity Partners buys Toledo Jet Center

Investment firm 313 Equity Partners has bought Toledo Jet Center. Toledo Jet Center offers aircraft maintenance at Fort Lauderdale in Florida and Toledo, Ohio.
Greg Fell who led the investment as a partner at 313 Equity Partners will become CEO of Toledo Jet Center. Fell was COO of Gama Aviation US and CEO of JetNet, is a partner at led the investment and will become CEO of Toledo Jet Center

Dave Corwin, the former president of Toledo Jet Center, will continue to serve as an advisor.
Toledo Jet Center was founded in 2009 when Textron closed its Citation Service Center Ohio. It offers maintenance and repair services for a range of aircraft including Cessna Citation, Learjet, King Air, Conquest, Jetstream, Hawker, Metro and others.
