ViaSat appoints Flying Colours

Flying Colours logoFlying Colours has been
appointed as an authorised reseller and installation facility for ViaSat that
provides satellite
high-speed Internet equipment and services to a consumer, business and
government client base.

The company will be responsible for promoting and selling ViaSat’s VMT-1500
shipset to its global client base. The system enables aircraft to use ViaSat
Yonder high-speed Internet service for aircraft.

Eric Gillespie, executive vice president for Flying Colours commented “This
is an important agreement for us as it means we can continue to offer our
clients the best in-flight connectivity and communication options available.”

The agreement follows Flying Colours first committed installation of the
ViaSat VMT-1500 system on a Bombardier CRJ ExecLiner conversion underway at its
Peterborough
facility. “Our client is looking forward to having this state-of-the-art
communications option installed on his aircraft as it provides a solution to
his requirement for continuous global connectivity,” continued Gillespie.

segment of the business aviation market to ViaSat,” said Don Buchman, ViaSat

for innovation in equipping business aircraft with the latest communications
technology.”
