As well as three recent additions, Qatar Airways Executive say they are seeing a significant increase in potential both in Qatar, and the sounding countries.

“Our private jet division is an integral part of the Qatar Airways group and has developed into a world-class corporate aviation operation since its start in 2009.” said Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways group CEO, “Apart from our successful charter business, we are now extremely pleased to be able to offer aircraft management services to our elite clientèle and are seeing substantial market potential for this attractive new business aviation product”

The company say that aircraft management clients also have the option of allowing their aircraft to be chartered out when not in use.

David Edwards, executive vice president of Qatar Executive said: “The past 18 months have been marked by continual growth of our aircraft management business and we are delighted with the customer response we are receiving for our product. Our clients value our knowledge in the field and the benefits the Qatar Airways group is able to bring.”

Qatar Executive’s own fleet is set to expand later in 2015 with the delivery of the company’s first Gulfstream G650ER.
