Pratt & Whitney Canada will feature Spotlight, a new diagnostic tool expected to improve productivity, at NBAA. Spotlight, developed by CaseBank Technologies, is available for the PW100, PW200 and PW210 series in the turboprop and turboshaft categories.

“The diagnostic tool increases productivity, whether in the shop or on the flight line, and issues are identified and resolved more quickly, helping to improve turnaround times,” says Raffaele Virgili, vice president, Customer Service. “The less experienced technician has virtual access to knowledge from both the field and the OEM and can act quickly and independently toward resolving issues. The tool is simple to access and to use.”

The diagnostic tool is available seven days a week and from wherever a customer has internet access. The diagnostic tool is provided free of charge to customers who subscribe to PW300 Maintenance Manuals (from P&WC’s turbofan family).

The PW300 engine family is used by a number of business jets including Bombardier Learjet 60, Gulfstream G200, Citation Sovereign, Hawker 1000 & 4000, Dornier 329Jet, Dassault Falcon 7x and 2000EX/DX.
