Gulfstream Aerospace is moving its sales team in Singapore to a new – and larger – sales office in Singapore’s central business district.

“We opened our first Asia sales office in Singapore in 1988,” said Scott Neal, senior vice president, worldwide Sales and marketing, Gulfstream.

“Then, as now, the office demonstrated our commitment to this market and the growth of business aviation throughout Asia. Having an office in the heart of the business district brings us closer to where our customers do business, allows us to respond to customer needs more effectively and strengthens our relationships with key stakeholders in the region,” added Neal.

The new office is located in Asia Square Tower 2 and houses the Gulfstream Singapore sales team. The team is led by Jason Akovenko, regional vice president, Asia Pacific. Akovenko reports to Roger Sperry, regional senior vice president, international sales, Gulfstream.

The Asia-Pacific region is home to more than 235 Gulfstream aircraft. Nearly 80 of those are located in the area that includes Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Australia and New Zealand.
