ExecuJet with Garmin and Blackhawk are promoting the upgrade at AAD 2012.

ExecuJet are promoting the Blackhawk/Garmin upgrade system at the Africa Aerospace and Defence show in South Africa, which runs until Sunday.

The upgrade is well suited for the King Air series and Cessna Caravan 208B aircraft. Its capabilities will be demonstrated by qualified experts in the ExecuJet hospitality chalet. ExecuJet is also currently working on a Blackhawk upgrade on a King Air 200 which is scheduled for completion in October 2012.

“ExecuJet is proud to be associated with two world class suppliers like Blackhawk and Garmin in this very competitive upgrade market, and we are confident that our combined efforts will deliver an aircraft with superior operational capabilities while maintaining the high safety standards required,” said Steve Bothma, director of maintenance, ExecuJet Africa.

Blackhawk signed a new service agreement with ExecuJet Africa at the National Business Aviation Association in Las Vegas last year. At the same time ExecuJet Africa had been appointed as approved agents for Garmin.
