Dassault Aviation is deploying a special team at the Sochi Winter Games, supporting operators of Falcon private jets during the event.

The airport is adding a number of new facilities, including a VIP terminal, to handle the visitors expected to attend the Winter Olympics, which begin on 7 February 2014.

Dassault Falcon’s team in Moscow is certified to perform maintenance on all Falcon models.

“Sochi shows the extent to which Dassault Falcon is committed to ensuring its customers’ tranquility and peace of mind around the clock and around the globe, including at major international events,” said Jacques Chauvet, senior vice president worldwide customer service. “It’s a perfect example of the company’s Whatever-It-Takes approach to product support.”

Dassault Falcon will also provide operator support at the 2014 World Cup (soccer) in Brazil in June and July 2014.
