Dassault Falcon Jet has named Rob Connolly as the company’s new director of Aircraft Specifications and Design in Teterboro, New Jersey.

Connolly leaves his position as contracts manager and replaces Roy Elsasser, who recently retired after serving the company for 33 years.

“Rob’s organization, product knowledge and problem solving abilities have been widely praised by both customers and colleagues alike,” said Carlos Brana, senior vice president of Teterboro Operations.

“These attributes, along with his background and experience, will be a great asset for the department, the company and our customers in our ongoing effort to deliver aircraft with the most modern and finely crafted interiors,” Brana added.

Dassault Falcon Jet’s Spec & Design department includes 28 employees in Teterboro and 10 employees in Little Rock, where the majority of Falcons are completed and delivered.
