BBA Aviation completes Landmark Aviation acquisition

BBA Aviation has completed its $2.065 billion acquisition of Landmark Aviation.

The company’s Signature brand now has 195 FBOs throughout North America, Europe, South America, Caribbean, Africa and Asia.

This acquisition also significantly enhances our Signature TECHNICAir MRO business and we look forward to offering aircraft charter and management services to our customers.”

Under the terms of the acquisition Signature were required to sell six FBOs where both Signature and Landmark operate. These include Westchester County Airport, New York and Washington Dulles International Airport, Virginia.

BBA Aviation will re-brand all of its FBOs as Signature Flight Support in stages.
